Whether you like just the tiniest bit of sizzle on your plate, or death-defying sauce straight from the bottle, we’ve got something for you here! Or we will have, as we rapidly grow. (Okay, at least that’s the plan; bear with us!)
Even better, we want you to join us as we all share our appreciation of capsaicin-laced goodies, be they drinks or desserts, meats or munchies, waffles, salsa or chutneys. And all those lovely comestibles that complement our favorite fiery foods: Sides and sauces, breads and beer, wine and Wheaties. (What, you don’t put Sriracha on your Wheaties?) If you like it, we want to hear about it.
We’re going to be working hard to make this the best place on the Web to find whatever you need or want, relative to chiles. That means books and gear, recipes, techniques, and visits by experts in the field. We will know we’ve been successful when you tell us of all the new friends you made here, and how much fun you’ve had getting to know them.
If, by chance, you came here looking for great maps of caves in the country of Chile, I’m sorry to disappoint you. Maybe you should visit this site instead. But don’t forget to come back! They eat plenty of hot stuff down there , so you’ll want to learn how much Pepcid to pack for your trip.
