Trout Undergound Denizens: Thanks for Stopping By!

It’s good to have friends. Even if they are like Tom. But all you Trout Underground readers know exactly what I mean. And his post on my recent fish grilling notes is really pushing up my numbers! (Or maybe it’s the clever way I snuck in the word “Porn” without warning a few days back.) Thanks, and I hope you found something good to use when next you bring home some finned foodstuffs.

Please drop me a comment and let me know if you like this kind of recipe; I’d be glad to try out more here at the Chile Underground Special Secret Ingredients Nourishment (CUSSIN) Research Kitchens, a.k.a. MICAH (Mission Impossible Culinary Academy Headquarters; it’s a long story, and no, I won’t post the pictures, as there may be visitors of tender sensibilities. Well, it COULD happen!). And then give you a complete recipe so you can enjoy it yourself. Or if there is any other sort of spicy cuisine you want me to discuss, give a shout!
