A Thai Dinner Party at Home, Part IV: Main Dishes

Almost time to eat! Here are my personal suggestions for dishes for your dinner party:

Sauteed Greens (Bai Gup Kao)
Red Curry Beef (Gaeng Ped Neua)
Tamarind Fried Fish (Pla Chien)
Green Curry Duck (Gaeng Keo Wan Pet)
Gala Salad (Pak Sod)

You don’t need all of these, but a couple of entrées is nice if you have 6-8 adults eating. [...]
