The Devil Made Me Fix It…

Shrimp

Today is my darling brides’ birthday. (I’d tell you how old, but then we’d need a new blog writer for the Underground.) I’ll keep this short; we’ve got places to go and parties to crash!

Here’s a seafood dish for tomorrow, if you’re of the persuasion:

At first, the preparation may appear a little involved. Trust me, this one is dead easy and fast. You make a simple sauce and set that aside. Then you coat and quickly deep-fry the shrimp. Voila! You’re done.

Except for the eating, of course.

If you’d like to make the dish hotter, try cayenne instead of paprika…
