Saturday Salmagundi for Breakfast

Chili for Breakfast

Breakfast is one of my seven favorite meals of the day (to misquote a certain bear). I recently completed a thorough research project on breakfast blogs (I actually used Google twice), and here are some of the neat items I found:

And here’s my own entry, which I made for breakfast this morning:

I like them with plenty of chiles, and my wife doesn’t. So I split them down the middle! I use a white cheese on top of hers, so we can tell them apart after they come out of the oven.

Should you make too many of these (I’m not sure that’s possible, but theoretically speaking let’s go with it) you can reheat them for lunch or dinner, or any of the other several meals of your day…
