Before Thanksgiving: Make Your Condiments Early!

Spicy Cherry Chutney

You want to have a great Thanksgiving this year? Then make as much stuff as you can now! Include a couple of novel condiments for the table:

Don’t settle for the same, boring ol’ cranberry sauce this year! Make a fruit chutney instead. Your relatives will forgive you. Then they’ll want more. And then they’ll want the recipe. (Send them to the Chile Underground, and tell them they have to Donate first to get the recipe. That way we both win!)

Olives don’t normally show up at Thanksgiving dinner, but you can start a new family tradition with this tapenade! Goes great on pork roast, in my opinion. If you make enough, you’ll have plenty for turkey muffaletta sandwiches over the weekend.

No need to thank me, really; just remember that lonely little Donate button…

Enjoy the (Kicked-up Condiment) Heat!
